Shineway is a professional manufacturing enterprise integrating design, production, sales and service of valve balls and other ball valve accessories. With its strong innovative manufacturing capabilities and over 30 years of production management experience, it has provided a large number of high-tech, high-precision and high-performance ball valve balls to the global fluid control field, and has been widely recognized and highly praised by domestic and foreign customers.

The Surface Treatments include electroless nickel plating (ENP) and tungsten carbide (T A variety of high-hardness, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as CC, STL cemented carbide and Inconel.
To make management more standardized, professional and efficient, we have adopted assembly line processing, and different management models are used for products of different specifications. There are currently a total of 6 assembly lines in the sphere processing factory:
1. 3 "and smaller valve balls processing factory, with one assembly line specializing in processing small-diameter spheres.
2. The 8 "-36" valve balls processing factory have three medium-sized product processing assembly lines.

In order to better serve our customers and provide them with complete sets of accessories, we established the valve body, valve cover accessories factory and valve seat factory in 2008.
The valve body and valve cover accessories factory currently has 78 employees and 89 sets of equipment. Form three ball valve accessory processing production lines ranging from 1 "to 40". The valve seat factory currently has 35 employees and 28 sets of equipment. All valve seat products of 40" and below can be processed.
Shineway also has its own forging and pressing factories, capable of forging and pressing 1 "-48" spheres and accessory products, and can complete all heat treatment processes. This can effectively control the raw materials of the products and also effectively control the product delivery cycle.
Our company currently has two professional laboratories that can conduct chemical composition analysis, tensile tests, hardness testing, impact tests, metallographic analysis, intergranular corrosion and iodine corrosion tests on spherical materials, etc., to ensure that the materials meet customer requirements.
In order to expand production capacity and meet the growing market demand, Shineway, in collaboration with equipment manufacturers, has successfully developed a 64" integrated lathe and grinding machine, which can make the sphericity of 40"-64" spheres within 0.02MM. It meets the market demand for large-diameter pipeline ball valves at home and abroad .
In order to continuously improve the quality of large-diameter pipeline ball valves, we have also developed China's first ball end shaft external cylindrical grinding machine, which can make the coaxiality of 28" and above ball end shafts reach 0.02MM and the roughness reach Ra0.4 microns. This will greatly reduce the working torque of the valve and significantly improve its quality.
Over the course of more than 30 years of development, Shineway valves have made indelible contributions to the development of China's ball valve industry and brought good economic benefits to society. Numerous honors are the testimony. As Leopard people, we have never been content with the achievements and honors we have already gained. Meanwhile, the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency, as well as the application of new processes and the investment in new equipment, have never ceased to advance.
In addition, Shineway has purchased the land in Binhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province and is already building a factory as its new production base. The new factory will be equipped with a complete supply chain, including forging, processing, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. It will contribute to the company's new glories and breakthroughs in 2025.
